Sleep Packages
‘Night Night By Zoom’
Video Consultation 1:1 Support Package
Sleep deprivation is something no one really warns you about. Not properly. You know babies wake in the night but nothing quite prepares you for the relentlessness of it, the way it seeps into every part of your day, and how quickly it can make you feel like a shadow of yourself. You love your little one more than anything, and yet you find yourself dreading bedtime, watching the clock at 3am, and wondering how much longer you can keep going like this. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone and more importantly, it doesn't have to stay this way.
This package is for parents who are ready for change but want to do it gently, at their own pace, and with expert support every step of the way. Whether you're hoping to move on from co-sleeping, reduce night feeds, break the cycle of rocking or feeding to sleep, or simply get to the bottom of why your little one keeps waking and I will help you get there. We'll begin by setting clear, achievable sleep goals together, and I'll guide you through a gentle, responsive self-settling approach tailored to your child's temperament and your family's needs.
This package is perfect for:
Parents of babies and toddlers aged four months to two years
Parents exhausted by frequent night wakings or early rising
Parents wanting to move away from feeding, rocking, or co-sleeping
Parents who want ongoing expert support, not just a one-off plan
Included:
Private 60-minute Zoom consultation — tend to your little one whenever you need to, this is a judgement free call
Deep dive into your little one's individual day and night routine
Analysis of your sleep assessment form and sleep diary to get to the root cause
A personalised day and night routine built around your family
A bespoke sleep programme emailed to you within 48 hours
Three weeks of WhatsApp check-in support so you never feel alone in the process
Option to pause and resume support if your little one becomes unwell because nursery bugs have terrible timing
A good night's sleep changes everything. Once your little one is settling more peacefully and sleeping longer stretches, life begins to feel lighter almost immediately. Evenings become yours again, time to breathe, reconnect, and simply rest. Mornings feel different when you've actually slept. You wake with more patience, more energy, and more joy for the day ahead. And your little one feels it too, better rested, happier, and calmer in themselves.
Most importantly, you start to feel like yourself again. Not just a parent running on empty, but a person present, grounded, and able to truly enjoy the family you've built.
Because thriving, not just surviving, is what parenting should feel like.

Before a support call I will analyse your latest sleep diary and sleep questionnaire.
During the call, we’ll focus on your current struggles and create clear, practical steps to keep you moving toward your sleep goals. Some families prefer to have daily support and contact with a sleep expert. Daily support is available between 7am and 8pm ensuring you always have expert help when you need it most.

My gentle approach focuses on helping your baby learn to resettle independently while still getting the comfort and feeds they need overnight. I don’t expect under 6 month olds to “sleep through the night” — instead, we work toward restful, age-appropriate sleep that feels right for your family.

If your child is crying, they are asking for support. Responding helps your child feel safe, secure, and understood, and it also builds trust and attachment. Gentle, timely responses don’t spoil a baby — they provide the foundation for confidence, emotional security, and better sleep habits over time.

I started my Norland College journey in 2013. Norland’s training lasts four years in total. I completed the BA Early Years Hons Degree in 2016 followed by the Norland Diploma in 2017. The Norland Diploma requires Norland students to complete a full time nannying position lasting one year. Either sole charge or shared care. This is when students are called a ‘Newly Qualified Nanny’ (NQN).
My NQN sole charge year was with a family located in Oxfordshire between 2016 -2017 . I was sole charge for an 18 month old and three month old triplets.
In 2020, I undertook the Norland Maternity training.

The melatonin that helps your baby feel sleepy at night is not present during the day. Once your little one is getting more rest at night, naps will begin to improve.

Every baby and family is unique, so progress can vary. Parent’s may also decide to take the slow and steady route.
Whilst I guide and support you every step of the way, it’s normal if your ultimate sleep goals take longer to achieve than expected. Factors like routine consistency can affect results, but with patience and persistence, most families see steady improvement over time.

I do not use any form of Controlled Crying or Cry-It-Out method. Implementing any change with babies and toddlers will never be free of tears. My gentle self-settling methods are built around comforting your child throughout their sleep training journey and beyond.
