This package is perfect for parents seeking the comfort and reassurance of ongoing expert guidance, this package is designed to give you complete confidence throughout the sleep journey. We will begin by setting clear and achievable sleep goals. I will then guide you through a gentle, responsive self-settling approach tailored to your child’s temperament and your parenting style. Whether you’re hoping to move on from co-sleeping, reduce night feeds, rocking or feeding to sleep, or resolve frequent night waking and early rising. This package is delivered via Zoom. It is completely fine if you need to tend to your little one during our call.

Analysis of your child’s sleep assessment form and sleep diary to understand the root causes of the lack of sleep
A personalised day and night routine suited to your family
I will create a personalised sleep programme which will be emailed to you within 48 hours. It will include a comprehensive solution to suit your little one’s needs and your family’s needs
Three weeks of WhatsApp check in support
Option to pause and resume support if little one becomes unwell (nursery always has a fresh bug going around!)

Before a support call I will analyse your latest sleep diary and sleep questionnaire.
During the call, we’ll focus on your current struggles and create clear, practical steps to keep you moving toward your sleep goals. Some families prefer to have daily support and contact with a sleep expert. Daily support is available between 7am and 8pm ensuring you always have expert help when you need it most.

My gentle approach focuses on helping your baby learn to resettle independently while still getting the comfort and feeds they need overnight. I don’t expect under 6 month olds to “sleep through the night” — instead, we work toward restful, age-appropriate sleep that feels right for your family.

If your child is crying, they are asking for support. Responding helps your child feel safe, secure, and understood, and it also builds trust and attachment. Gentle, timely responses don’t spoil a baby — they provide the foundation for confidence, emotional security, and better sleep habits over time.

I often recommend that families consult their doctor to optimise any treatment before starting a sleep consultation or advice call.
Even if your child is experiencing reflux, food sensitivities, or other conditions that are still being investigated, I can help you focus on strategies to settle your baby with less support from you. This can reduce the number of night wakings that aren’t related to pain, while still recognising and responding to the ones that are.

Whilst I guide and support you every step of the way, it’s normal if your ultimate sleep goals take longer to achieve than expected. Factors like routine consistency can affect results, but with patience and persistence, most families see steady improvement over time.
