Whether you’re anticipating the arrival of your little one, or you have a newborn in your home, I am here to help your family navigate sleep safety, newborn feeding schedules, night feeds, reflux, swaddles, and so much more. My goal is to turn your confusion and uncertainty into relief leaving you space to enjoy your baby. Becoming a parent for the first time brings joy, excitement, and a whole new world of challenges you never knew existed. Parents who have gone through the newborn stage describe it as the most sleep-deprived period of their lives. Yes, sleep is often disrupted in the newborn stage, but it doesn’t have to be a constant struggle. With the right strategies and gentle sleep tactics in place, you can minimise the impact of sleepless nights and help both you and your baby get the rest you need.

With you newborn, you are going to go on a magical, wonderful and turbulent journey as a new parent, learning as you go and you may feel from time to time as if you are just trying to wing it! The two sleep packages I have created are to help you during this period, to help the journey feel less turbulent, give you the tools to implement good sleep from the onset and help you enjoy these early few weeks.

The Online 1:1 Newborn Sleep Plan

Instead of guessing your way through these first weeks of your baby’s life, partner up with me as your consultant who lives and breathes all things newborn. The guidance you will receive will help you slowly and gently create a routine that allows your baby’s sleep to come peacefully and easily. All while enjoying the moments of connection during night feeds, the closeness and safety of room sharing, and so many snuggles. Newborn sleep is all about gently and gradually moving towards independent sleep while maintaining safe sleep practices.

Newborn sleep isn’t supposed to be perfect and I don’t expect newborns to sleep through the night. But newborn sleep doesn’t have to be chaotic as you’re learning everything for the first time and adjusting to your new life as a parent. Wouldn’t it be lovely if all newborns came with a sleep manual for them and us to follow. Little one’s rely on us to teach them how to sleep. Those early weeks don’t have to feel like a constant battle. Healthy sleep opens the door to calmer, brighter days. ‘Little Love & Learning’ Day

In Home ‘Whole day with Me’ Package

As a Norland Maternity Practitioner, many parents book this package for that on hands reassurance. Whether you’re a new parent and/or feeling unsure about what to do or what to look out for, I offer a “Whole Day with Me” package. This is a full day (twelve hours) of in-home support where I guide you through all the early parenting essentials with confidence and care. I’ll come to your home early in the morning and spend the day with you, providing hands-on guidance and practical tips tailored to your little one and your family. I’ll show you what to do, why it works, and how it supports your baby — so you feel capable, confident, and never alone in the process.

This package is perfect for:

  • Expecting parent(s) who wish for that extra layer of pre planned security

  • Parent(s) with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks

  • Parent(s) with newborn twins

  • Parent(s) with a newborn that won’t sleep

Caring for a newborn comes with a lot of new skills to learn and I am here to make those early days feel easier and less overwhelming.

  • Twelve hour ‘whole day with me’

  • Reviewing the day and night routine and adjusting if needed

  • Breastfeeding support, I will guide you through the how’s, the why’s and the when’s

  • Pumping support on the when’s and the how’s

  • Optimal bottle feeding positions to reduce wind and discomfort, burping techniques and soothing techniques

  • Guidance on breastmilk storage

  • Guide you how to put your baby down to sleep

  • Explain and show you the importance of a bedtime routine, what it looks like and create one to suit your family

  • How to change a nappy and how to safely change their clothes

  • Demonstrate safe swaddling

  • Baby sling guidance, help you use one with ease when you are out and about

  • Show you the safe way to clean and sterilise bottles and dummies

  • Car seat and pram system recommendations

  • Help you optimise and set up the nursery and sleep environment

  • Support mum with recovery from labour and/or c-section surgery with nutrition guidance and self care

  • Guide you through the do’s and don’t of what you actually need to buy when you have a baby

  • Confidence building

  • Weekly emails each week as your baby grows (until 12 weeks). You are welcome to ask any questions via email each week

  • Share ideas for dad/partner involvement, helping them find their own role and rhythm

Newborn sleep isn’t meant to be perfect and I don’t expect newborns to sleep through the night.
