Newborn Sleep Packages

Whether you’re anticipating the arrival of your little one, or you have a newborn in your home, I am here to help your family navigate sleep safety, newborn feeding schedules, night feeds, reflux, swaddles, and so much more.

My goal is to turn your confusion and uncertainty into relief leaving you space to enjoy your baby. Becoming a parent for the first time brings joy, excitement, and a whole new world of challenges you never knew existed. Parents who have gone through the newborn stage describe it as the most sleep-deprived period of their lives. Yes, sleep is often disrupted in the newborn stage, but it doesn’t have to be a constant struggle. With the right strategies and gentle sleep tactics in place, you can minimise the impact of sleepless nights and help both you and your baby get the rest you need.

With you newborn, you are going to go on a magical, wonderful and turbulent journey as a new parent, learning as you go and you may feel from time to time as if you are just trying to wing it! The two sleep packages I have created are to help you during this period, to help the journey feel less turbulent, give you the tools to implement good sleep from the onset and help you enjoy these early few weeks.

‘Baby Steps’ by Zoom

The Online 1:1 Newborn Sleep Plan

Those first weeks with a newborn are magical and also completely overwhelming. Instead of guessing your way through them, let me be the expert in your corner. As someone who lives and breathes newborn sleep, I'll help you gently and gradually build a routine that brings more peace, more rest, and more space to actually enjoy your baby.

We'll cover everything from teaching your baby the difference between day and night, to safe sleep practices, feeding schedules, and creating the right sleep environment all tailored to your baby and your family. Newborn sleep is all about gently and gradually moving towards independent sleep while maintaining safe sleep practices.

This package is perfect for:

  • Expecting parents who want to feel prepared

  • Parents with a newborn aged 0–12 weeks

They are only a newborn once. Let me help you enjoy every moment of it.

‘Little Love & Learning’ Day

In-Home 'Whole Day with Me' Package

Nobody tells you quite how much you won't know when your baby arrives. You can read every book, watch every video, and still find yourself standing in the nursery at midnight wondering what on earth you're supposed to do next. That feeling, the uncertainty, the self-doubt, the sheer enormity of it all is completely normal. But it doesn't have to last. This package was created for exactly that moment, when what you really need isn't more advice from the internet, but a steady, knowledgeable pair of hands right there beside you. Someone to show you, guide you, and remind you that you are doing far better than you think.

There is a very particular kind of love that comes with a new baby, all-consuming, breath-taking, and unlike anything you have ever felt before. And alongside it comes something nobody quite prepares you for: the vulnerability of not knowing. You want so badly to get it right, and yet so much of it feels like uncharted territory. As a qualified Norland Maternity Practitioner, I will be your guiding hand through that territory. I'll come to your home early in the morning and spend the full day with you, showing you what to do, explaining why it works, and making sure you never feel alone in it.

This package is perfect for:

  • Expecting parents who want that extra layer of reassurance before baby arrives

  • Parents with a newborn aged 0–12 weeks

  • Parents of newborn twins

  • First-time and experienced parents alike

  • Optimising your nursery and sleep environment so it works for your baby, not against you

  • Safe swaddling demonstration, so you feel calm and capable doing it alone

  • Baby sling guidance, helping you use one with ease when you're out and about

  • How to safely clean and sterilise bottles and dummies

  • Car seat and pram system recommendations tailored to your lifestyle

Your Wellbeing & Recovery

  • Ideas for dad and partner involvement, helping them find their own role, rhythm, and confidence alongside you

  • A guide to what you actually need to buy and what you really don't

Ongoing Support

  • Weekly emails as your baby grows until 12 weeks, with space to ask any questions along the way

  • A full day of open, honest conversation…ask me absolutely anything, no question is too small or too silly

By the end of our day together, you won't just have a list of things you've learned — you'll have something far more valuable than that. You'll have genuine confidence. The kind that comes from having done it, been shown it, and felt it click into place. The fog of uncertainty will begin to lift, and in its place you'll find something that feels a lot like calm. You came into this day not knowing quite what you were doing. You'll leave it feeling like the parent you always knew you could be.

Because those early weeks should be something you look back on with joy, not something you simply survived.

Testimonials

  • Helen

Lottie is highly organised, proactive, adaptable, caring, trustworthy and has a wonderful sense of humour. Everything she does is executed to the highest standard and she’s always thinking ahead”

  • Alice

I couldn’t bear the thought of her not in my life, but amazingly when the time came she had quietly set me up for life without her and I found I was confident enough to continue without her

  • Charlotte

With Lottie’s guidance I was able to gain confidence in feeding very quickly and haven’t looked back. Lottie has fantastic advice and is always very encouraging and friendly, and I have no doubt made a tough time much easier and more enjoyable for us all

  • Joanne

Lottie took time to get to know our girls’ personalities and traits – they were always treated as individuals and the night-time plans were created accordingly - the goal being to have them both sleep through the night. She taught the girls how to sleep with their arms out, how to sleep for longer and their sleep cues. At 6 months old both girls are confidently sleeping through the night and that’s thanks to Lottie.”Quote Source

“Lottie is an absolute star, and we would have been utterly lost without her. We could not possibly do justice with words to how strongly we would recommend her”
