Newborn Sleep Packages

Gentle, newborn sleep support from a Norland Nanny and OCN qualified sleep consultant

Those first weeks with a newborn are magical, overwhelming, exhausting and beautiful all at once. Nobody really prepares you for the relentlessness of it -- the broken nights, the cluster feeds, the moments where you are convinced you must be doing something wrong when actually, you are doing everything right.

Whether you are expecting your first baby and want to feel prepared, or you are already in the thick of the newborn stage and desperately need some support, I have a package designed exactly for you.

My goal is simple. To turn your confusion and uncertainty into relief, and give you the space to actually enjoy your baby.

Newborn sleep is not supposed to be perfect. I would never expect a newborn to sleep through the night. But it does not have to feel chaotic either. With the right gentle strategies and newborn sleep support in place from the very beginning, those early weeks can feel so much calmer, more confident and so much more enjoyable.

Newborn Guide

Those first weeks with a newborn are something nobody can fully prepare you for. The broken nights, the cluster feeding, the moments where you are convinced you must be doing something wrong when actually, you are doing everything right. This guide was written for exactly those moments.

Across ten easy to read chapters, this newborn sleep guide covers everything you need to know about newborn sleep. You will discover why your baby sleeps the way they do, how to gently build a bedtime routine that actually works, what feeding has to do with sleep, how to spot signs of reflux and tummy discomfort, and why rocking your baby to sleep is not a bad habit -- it is biology. The guide also looks ahead to the four month mark and beyond, so you feel prepared for every stage, not just the one you are in right now.

This guide is for you if you are in the thick of the newborn phase and need someone to tell you it is going to be okay. If you want to understand what is actually happening with your baby's sleep, rather than just being handed a rigid routine to follow. And if you are looking for gentle, practical newborn sleep steps you can start today, without overhauling everything or feeling overwhelmed.
