Terms and Conditions
The purchase of a Sleep Programme Consultation (the “consultations”) will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
The full fee for Bedtime and Beyond LTD services is due on booking your consultation with Bedtime and Beyond LTD.
If the ‘Night Night by Zoom’, ‘Baby Steps by Zoom’ and/or ‘Little Love and Learning Day’ are cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply:
Less than 48 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded
72 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded
More than 72 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client
If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time, Bedtime and Beyond LTD, on a case-by-case basis, may accept a rescheduled appointment within 7 days of the original booking time.
Bedtime and Beyond LTD reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of Bedtime and Beyond LTD, cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.
Bedtime and Beyond’s Discovery Call hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 19:00 - 21:00
Saturday 10:00 - 13:00
Sunday 11:00 - 14:00
Bedtime and Beyond’s support hours for Consultation Clients receiving check in support are as follows:
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 21:00
Saturday 10:00 - 20:00
Sunday 10:00 - 19:00
In respect of each programme (‘Night Night by Zoom’ and ‘Baby Steps by Zoom’) granted by Bedtime and Beyond LTD, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the Programme to any third party who is not a Client.
All medical conditions and medications must be disclosed prior to working together. It is your responsibility to check if your little one has any medical conditions that may impact sleep.
Advice provided by Bedtime and Beyond is intended to offer guidance on sleep and is not a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other qualified healthcare professional. My sleep recommendations are designed to address common sleep challenges not caused by undiagnosed or poorly managed medical conditions.
Parents of young babies are expected to follow safe sleeping practices in line with Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Lullaby Trust recommendations https://www.lullabytrust.org.uk/
The cost of purchasing any equipment suggested by Lottie shall be borne by you the client.
Bedtime and Beyond LTD advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.
If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, Bedtime and Beyond LTD reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.
To allow Lottie to prepare for your consultation appointment, please email your completed documents at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to provide these documents on time may delay your appointment and could result in a b if the session is not rescheduled.
Many things impact sleep including, but not limited to; illness, teething, sleep environment, travelling, visitors staying, developmental changes, and inconsistency in your approach. Consistency is the key to sleep success although outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Bedtime and Beyond LTD is willing to travel, on a case-by-case basis, to clients outside of Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset, Oxfordshire, Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Berkshire and Warwickshire. Should travel be necessary, the ‘Little Love and Learning Day’ price will be reflected to cover all reasonable expenses incurred including but not limited to travel, travel time and accommodation. An additional invoice will be sent to cover these costs.
Bedtime and Beyond LTD reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of the Bedtime and Beyond LTD team.
Payment for services with Bedtime and Beyond LTD is required at the time of booking your consultation appointment. Optional support can be requested and paid for separately if needed.
Bedtime and Beyond LTD is contactable at any time during the day but will respond, when possible, as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances of holidays.
Any message, feedback or review you provide, may be used to support the marketing of Bedtime and Beyond LTD unless you specifically prohibit its use. To protect your identity, your last name will not be used.
Should you require further support beyond what is included in your purchased service you may re-engage with Lottie for additional follow-up support as needed. This is subject to the same terms and conditions as this agreement.
