Sleep Packages
Sleep struggles are hard enough without feeling like you have to figure it out alone
My sleep support is for you if bedtime has started to fill you with dread, and the nights feel like one long stretch of broken sleep. If you are clock watching through every nap, never quite able to switch off because you know the next wake up is coming.
It is for the parent who is gentle at heart and does not want to leave their little one to cry, but who is worn out and knows something has to change. Someone ready for a real plan and proper support, not another quick fix that falls apart in a week.
It is for the parent who is so ready to feel like themselves again. If that sounds like you, you are in exactly the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions
I want to be clear about something close to my heart. I do not use the cry it out method, and I never will. Leaving your little one to cry alone is not what I believe in, and not what my support is about.
What I cannot promise is no tears at all. Little ones do not always love change, and a few protests are a normal part of learning something new. But we will work together, gently and at your pace, to keep those tears to a minimum and bring in calmer nights with plenty of reassurance along the way.

Every family I work with gets a plan built around their child and their circumstances, never anything generic where we just hope for the best. We will use the Littles Baby Tracker app together, which means I can see how your little one is sleeping in real time and spot exactly what needs adjusting. If something needs tweaking, we tweak it. That is why my support runs for up to three weeks, giving us the time and flexibility to get it just right for your family.
-
My gentle approach focuses on helping your baby learn to resettle independently while still getting the comfort and feeds they need overnight. I don’t expect under 6 month olds to “sleep through the night” — instead, we work toward restful, age-appropriate sleep that feels right for your family.
-
If your child is crying, they are asking for support. Responding helps your child feel safe, secure, and understood, and it also builds trust and attachment. Gentle, timely responses don’t spoil a baby — they provide the foundation for confidence, emotional security, and better sleep habits over time.

I started my Norland College journey in 2013. Norland’s training lasts four years in total. I completed the BA Early Years Hons Degree in 2016 followed by the Norland Diploma in 2017. The Norland Diploma requires Norland students to complete a full time nannying position lasting one year. Either sole charge or shared care. This is when students are called a ‘Newly Qualified Nanny’ (NQN).
My NQN sole charge year was with a family located in Oxfordshire between 2016 -2017 . I was sole charge for an 18 month old and three month old triplets.
In 2020, I undertook the Norland Maternity training.

The melatonin that helps your baby feel sleepy at night is not present during the day. Once your little one is getting more rest at night, naps will begin to improve.

Every baby and family is unique, so progress can vary. Parent’s may also decide to take the slow and steady route.
Whilst I guide and support you every step of the way, it’s normal if your ultimate sleep goals take longer to achieve than expected. Factors like routine consistency can affect results, but with patience and persistence, most families see steady improvement over time.

YES!
Who doesn’t love a voice note?! So quick and easy and parents just do not have the time to write a long message to get their thoughts across.
During the plan, if you have ANY questions, want to check something or simply for some words of encouragement - voice note me!
