What to expect
The call takes around 15 minutes and can be done from wherever you are, sitting in the car during naptime, hiding in the kitchen with a cup of tea, or wherever you can grab a quiet moment. There is no preparation needed and nothing you need to have figured out beforehand. Just come as you are.
During the call we will have a chat about your little one, where you are with sleep right now, and what you are hoping to change.

Is my situation bad enough to reach out?
Yes. There is no threshold you need to meet before you deserve support. If sleep is affecting your family, that is reason enough.
What if I'm not sure which package is right?

What if my baby is too young or too old?
I work with families from pregnancy through to toddlerhood. If you're not sure whether your little one falls within the right age range, just reach out and we'll have a chat.
Do I have to commit to anything on the call? Absolutely not. There is no obligation whatsoever. Take the call, have the conversation, and take as much time as you need to decide.
