I’m Lottie, founder of Bedtime and Beyond Sleep Consultancy. Drawing on my experience as a Norland Nanny and sleep consultant, I help families create routines that truly work for them which are tailored, practical, and gentle strategies to make sleep easier for both parents and little ones.

I’ve experienced this myself, I have been in your shoes over and over. I truly get it.

I support families who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and ready for real change without harsh techniques or leaving their baby to cry alone.

By the end of the three weeks, assuming you stick to the plan, your life will look very different:

  • Your little one will be able to fully self settle, enabling longer nights of sleep and quite possibly sleeping through the night (depending on night feed requirements)

  • You will be able to put little one down into their own sleep space and walk out of the room, leaving them to self settle on their own

Why won’t they sleep?

Is the hot topic of discussion when I am working with families. I know how tricky sleep can be! I have dealt with it over and over again as a Norland nanny and Norland maternity nurse.

Parents come to me saying that they don’t enjoy parenting anymore, they are exhausted, beaten down and their relationship is being strained. It is a huge responsibility, when caring for a little one, to get their sleep back on track in order to change parent’s lives.

To be honest, this is what lead me to become a certified sleep consultant, in order to help parents before they reach breaking point.
